Refund & Cancellation Policy of CG Diary

1. Free Basic Business Directory Listings

Standard business listing, shop discovery, and categorization on CG Diary is provided as a 100% Free Public Service. Since no payment is collected for basic business listings, no monetary refund, compensation, or financial claims can be raised in connection with free directory profiles.

2. Paid Banner Advertisements & Sponsored Inventory

For brands, shop owners, and service providers booking paid digital inventory (such as Header Carousels, Sticky Sidebar Skyscraper Ads, Middle Category Ads, or Footer Billboards):

• Strict No-Refund Rule: Digital advertising inventory on CG Diary is finite, reserved exclusively per merchant, and blocked for the agreed tenure. Once an advertising placement is booked, confirmed, scheduled, or published, ALL PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
• No Performance or ROI Guarantees: CG Diary provides impression visibility and discovery. We do NOT guarantee a specific number of phone calls, customer visits, conversions, sales revenue, or return on investment (ROI). Lack of expected customer response or commercial sales shall under no circumstance qualify for a refund.
• Creative Changes Permitted: While money will not be refunded, an advertiser may request updates to their banner artwork, promotional text, or phone number free of charge during the active term of their campaign by contacting support.

3. Verification Review & Profile Badges

Fees charged for business verification, trust badge review, or physical document scrutiny are processing administrative fees. Once our field or digital verification team initiates the documentation review, the processing fee is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the business successfully passes or fails the verification criteria.

4. Technical Downtime Compensation (Extension Only)

In the rare event of unscheduled technical downtime or server maintenance exceeding 24 continuous hours during an active paid advertisement term, CG Diary will provide a compensatory runtime extension equal to the duration of the outage. Under no circumstance will cash, bank, or digital payment refunds be disbursed for technical maintenance or internet disruptions.

5. Anti-Chargeback & Payment Dispute Policy

By initiating any digital payment (via UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer) to CG Diary or Yash Infinity:

• The advertiser/client agrees not to file any illegitimate chargeback, payment reversal, or fraud claim with their issuing bank or payment gateway.
• Any fraudulent or unauthorized chargeback attempt will result in immediate permanent delisting of the client's business profile from the portal, forfeiture of all promotional slots, and initiation of appropriate civil recovery proceedings in Korba.

6. Governing Law & Billing Desk

All billing terms, invoices, and payment policies are governed exclusively by the laws of India, and subject strictly to the territorial jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Korba, Chhattisgarh, India.
