1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Status

By visiting, accessing, browsing, downloading the mobile application, or registering on CG Diary (accessible via cgdiary.com, operated by Yash Infinity, having its principal operational office in Korba, Chhattisgarh, India), you unequivocally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

CG Diary functions strictly as an electronic search directory and digital discovery conduit under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India) and the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021. CG Diary is NOT an e-commerce platform, seller, manufacturer, merchant, contractor, employer, medical institution, or broker.

2. Complete Intermediary Safe-Harbor & Third-Party Disclaimer

All business listings, shops, services, prices, offers, contact numbers, addresses, cinema schedules, and advertisements featured on CG Diary are provided by independent third parties or aggregated from publicly accessible directories.

• No Warranty of Quality or Legitimacy: CG Diary does not inspect, test, certify, endorse, or guarantee the authenticity, safety, pricing, legal compliance, licensing, or workmanship of any listed vendor, contractor, doctor, hospital, restaurant, or business.
• Direct Dealings at User's Sole Risk: Any communication, financial transaction, contract, advance payment, purchase, or service engagement initiated through phone calls, WhatsApp, or links found on CG Diary is strictly a bilateral matter between you (the user) and the third-party business. CG Diary, its management, and staff have ZERO involvement, ZERO commission, and ZERO liability for any monetary loss, fraud, cheating, deficiency of service, or commercial dispute arising therefrom.
• Independent Verification: Users are strictly advised to perform their own independent commercial and legal verification before handing over money, personal data, or valuable items to any listed entity.

3. Emergency Services & Medical Directory Disclaimer

The Emergency Services section (including numbers for ambulances, hospitals, blood banks, police, fire brigade, and municipal helplines) is published strictly as a community public utility for general informational reference:

• CG Diary does not operate any emergency dispatch, ambulance fleet, or medical center.
• We do not guarantee the real-time operational status, phone connectivity, bed availability, response times, or medical capabilities of listed emergency contacts.
• In life-threatening situations or acute emergencies, users must immediately contact official Government Emergency Helplines (such as 112, 108, or 100) directly. CG Diary shall bear no legal or civil liability for any medical consequence, delay, or failure of listed emergency numbers.

4. News, Media & Reporter Contributions

News articles, community reports, local crime updates, and opinion pieces published under the News portal are authored by independent local freelance reporters or syndicated contributors:

• The respective journalist, reporter, or author bears 100% sole legal, civil, and criminal responsibility for the truthfulness, factual accuracy, copyright, and non-defamatory nature of their publications.
• CG Diary does not endorse, sponsor, or subscribe to any political, religious, or personal views expressed by contributors.
• In accordance with Indian intermediary guidelines, CG Diary maintains a standard Notice & Takedown protocol. Any legitimate grievance regarding copyright infringement or factual inaccuracy must be reported to our Grievance Officer, and upon due evaluation, the disputed content will be reviewed or removed.

5. Business Listings, Submissions & Verification Badges

Any business owner, merchant, or individual registering a profile on CG Diary affirms and agrees that:

• They possess all lawful rights, trade licenses, GST registrations, and permissions to conduct the business in Korba/Chhattisgarh.
• All photos, logos, trademarks, and brochures uploaded belong to them or are properly licensed. Uploading copyrighted images of third parties without permission is strictly prohibited.
• Absolute Editorial Right: CG Diary reserves the unilateral and unchallengeable right to accept, reject, edit, categorize, freeze, or permanently delete any business listing, ad, or account without assigning any reason or prior notice.
• A "Verified" badge indicates solely that basic phone/address verification was carried out at the time of onboarding; it does NOT constitute an official quality endorsement, financial guarantee, or legal warranty by CG Diary.

6. Paid Advertisements & Banners

Advertisers booking header carousels, sidebar skyscrapers, or sponsored listings agree that all claims, discounts, and guarantees made in their advertising creatives are their sole responsibility. CG Diary reserves the right to immediately take down any advertisement subject to legal complaints, misleading promises, or regulatory notices without liability or refund.

7. Comprehensive Indemnification

You explicitly agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CG Diary, Yash Infinity, its proprietors, founders, directors, employees, affiliates, and technology partners from and against any and all legal claims, liabilities, lawsuits, government notices, damages, penalties, consumer court actions, losses, or legal costs (including advocate fees) arising directly or indirectly from:

• Your use or misuse of the platform or mobile application.
• Any content, listing, photo, or information submitted by you.
• Any commercial or financial dispute between you and any third party listed on the portal.
• Your violation of any applicable local, state, or national laws of India.

8. Limitation of Liability & Absolute Cap

To the fullest extent permissible by Indian law, in no event shall CG Diary or its operators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data, reputation loss, or system outage.

In any circumstance whatsoever, the aggregate maximum legal liability of CG Diary to any user, merchant, or third party for any cause of action shall never exceed ₹100 (One Hundred Indian Rupees) or the actual fee paid by the user in the preceding 30 days, whichever is strictly lower.

9. Intellectual Property

The name "CG Diary", "Korba Diary", its logos, graphics, software source code, compiled Android application, databases, layout design, and digital assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Yash Infinity. Automated crawling, scraping, data harvesting, or reverse-engineering of the directory is strictly illegal and will invite civil and criminal proceedings under the IT Act and Copyright Act.

10. Governing Law, Exclusive Jurisdiction & Arbitration

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India.

Exclusive Territorial Jurisdiction: Any dispute, difference, controversy, or legal claim arising out of or related to CG Diary, its mobile application, or these terms shall be subject exclusively and strictly to the territorial jurisdiction of the Competent Courts in Korba, Chhattisgarh, India only. No court outside Korba district shall have jurisdiction.

Arbitration: Any unresolved dispute shall first be referred to a Sole Arbitrator appointed mutually by the management of CG Diary in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall strictly be Korba (C.G.).
